A clear purpose and a lot of scale

Brother was engaged by Terrequip to relook at the brand’s positioning and to refresh the brand’s identity. 

As we engaged with the owners we realised that they had big ambitions for the brand, which we suggested a mere evolution of the existing brand would not meet the challenge. 

Our challenge was to create a positioning that: 

  • more clearly signalled Terrequip’s specialism as the regenerative mining experts 
  • created an identity that distinguishes them from the category 
  • injected a sense of scale, all without losing valuable equity in the current brand.
