We measure performance against alignment with our values according to three zones: gold, green and red. The closer you get to gold, the more stuff you have access to. Pretty cool stuff, too. We’re continuously improving and we always provide clear objectives and support to move you into the gold zone.
We believe in sharing success. We do this through a discretionary financial bonus available to employees that have been with us for at least 12 months and access to a toy shed (think canoes, 4x4s and other stuff you can book).
