Construction Skills Queensland tasked Brother & Co to create a campaign speaking directly to QLD tradies and their employers. A simple insight drove the campaign – investing in skills development is the number one way for tradies to remain relevant and for the QLD industry to stay healthy and competitive. 

Put simply the most important tool for a tradie is their skills. The most vital asset for business is skilled employees. 

To promote this message and ensure down-to-earth relatable communications were created and cast actual tradies as hero talent.
