Carseldine Village

Transformation

Brother & Co successfully tendered for the branding project for the Carseldine Village precinct by Economic Development Queensland (EDQ).

The vision for Carseldine Village was to create not just a locality, but a lifestyle heart where residents can work, shop, dine, and play in one location, with affordable, sustainable housing, a walkable precinct with plentiful green spaces, and world-class urban design that connects intergenerational residents to transport, jobs, retail and their community.

Our task was to build on this vision and create a vibrant precinct and place brand that would:

  • Set a new standard for EDQ
  • Bring the vision and precinct to life in the hearts and minds of various audience segments
  • Educate various audiences about the sustainable developments planned for the precinct
  • Promote EDQ’s commitment to preserving valuable and sensitive green spaces adjacent to the precinct
  • Attract potential investors and buyers
  • Educate anti-development-minded locals about how the precinct could enrich their community

Today, the Carseldine Village brand is well established, and the development is heralded for its innovation by EDQ.

“Carseldine Village is an exemplar sustainable development – one of the first residential developments in Queensland to commit to delivering 100% net zero energy emission freehold terrace homes at scale, with a total of 182 homes sold, settled and either completed, under construction or about to commence construction. All terrace homes will be completed by early 2025. Carseldine Village is a 5-Star Green Star Communities residential community, setting new sustainability benchmarks by using the latest in sustainability technology.”
